WHAT DO WE DO?
WORSHIP JESUS We gather twice every Sunday and through the week, to pray the Word, sing the Word, hear the Word, and see the Word (in the sacraments of Baptism and Communion). We seek to centre all we do in worship around the Word of God, relying upon the Spirit of God, and embrace both contemporary and historical approaches to worship.
LOVE HIS PEOPLE We seek to grow in relationship as a church family, creating opportunities to walk out the 'one another' commands of Christ to His Church (love one another, forgive one another, exhort one another, bear one anothers burdens etc). We are seeking to build a culture of encouragement, service and discipleship in our life together as a church.
SHARE HIS GOSPEL We seek to reach out, in our individual lives, and together as a church to the world around us, encouraging and helping one another to grow in passion and ability for communicating the Gospel. Part of this involves serving our community through activities like community evangelism and events, and a regular community lunch club. In each of these things we seek to keep Christ front and centre.
WHERE WE ARE
We are a friendly, multigenerational, multicultural church family located in Oldbury, Sandwell, B69. We are part of the Evangelical Fellowship of Congregational Churches. Our mission is to proclaim Christ and His Word, making disciples that worship Jesus, love His people and share the Gospel.
